Who is Bola C. King?
Bola C. King is a PhD student in UCSB's Department of English. Interests include, but are not necessarily limited, as of this writing, to:
- Science fiction and its effects on society's acceptance of emerging technologies
- Research in and on Second Life
- Comics and canonicity
- Games and gamers, especially those outside of the digital realms
- Food, and the consumption thereof
- Music, both its consumption and creation
- Road trips
- Warm weather
- The space program
